Follow these steps to complete your research internship, co-supervision, or conference attendance.
Identify the type of mobility (internship, co-supervision, or conference) and define the scope with your Thesis Supervisor.
Obtain formal authorization from your Thesis Supervisor and the Head of your Graduate Program.
Review active calls (ANID, Santander, VRIDT) and prepare your application package before each fund's deadline.
Submit your research proposal, academic CV, and motivation letter to the DRI or the Research Vice-Rectory.
UCN officially nominates you to the host institution. Manage and await your Letter of Acceptance.
Process your visa, arrange international health insurance, and sign the Research or Co-supervision Agreement before traveling.
Upon return, submit your results report to VRIDT and formalize academic recognition with your Graduate Program.
A double degree is an academic programme jointly designed by two higher-education institutions, allowing the student to obtain two official degrees upon completion.
